Generally, Outlook Express will display HTML in mail.  I don't think that
Outlook Express recognizes embedded sounds for listening.  You might want to
check your preferences to make sure you have all options regarding the
reading of HTML mail on.  Images should be displayed; in Preferences, make
sure you have the "Show attached pictures in messages" option checked.

If you continually have trouble viewing any HTML mail, try increasing the
memory to Outlook Express.  Click once on the icon, then go to File -> Get
Info -> Memory.  Set the Preferred size to 20000 K.
