One of my users got some blank messages sent to a listserv. The list was malfunctioning and was stripping all content from the messages, leaving only the header. Mailing list manager is supposed to file all messages sent to the list but it didn't process these blank messages. The user is in a tizzy and is demanding an explanation and I don't think it's worth my time to try to figure out. So if someone could just tell me that this is how MLM performs I would appreciate it.
