It requires a pretty hefty machine to use properly. On our PowerBook
G3/400 512 MB RAM it used up _every_ CPU cycle it could lay its hands
on (and, the PowerBook did noticeably heat up).
NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING else was able to function in the
background. Opening up a web page from a link in Skype into Safari
(which was already open) took over 2 minutes for a simple picture.
However, that said, it did work quite well. I had a chat with someone
in Britain and another person in Toronto (three-way call) and things
were quite audible.
PS I have 3.0 Mbit ADSL.
