Greetings all,
A printer question: I attached an HP printer to my Performa 6400/180, installed the drivers and when I select it in the chooser I get this message:
"The serial port is already open or in use"
Any idea what this might mean?
I'm using OS 8.6

Appletalk?
Appletalk could be hogging your printer port. You can deactivate it right in the chooser.
