Not yet, the original motivation is this issue on the Swift forums and more specifically this comment: https://forums.swift.org/t/lldb-crashes-during-vs-code-debug-session-on-windows-10/79902/10 `GetSDKPathFromDebugInfo` is not implemented for Windows which prints a non fatal error on non Darwin systems.
