I successfully used stunnel, and possibly tried traefik and caddy, but it was 
some weeks ago.
I also considered nginx, however, at the end, for purely test purposes, it 
seemed that socat was the simplest solution.

Using socat, I could
- test RTSPS with RTP/UDP and RTP/RTSP/TCP
- test HTTPS tunneling
- listen to decrypted traffic
