Good afternoon all,

I just recently installed Kubuntu 16.10 on my laptop and I am trying to
connect to my Express VPN service with Openvpn. When I trying to install
Express VPN through the command line, I get the following error "The
following packages have unmet dependencies: express vpn Depends:
initscripts but is uninstallable.

Here is what I have done:

   - I installed Open Vpn using sudo apt-get install network-manager-openvpn
   - Attempted to install incripts through the command line using sudo
apt-get install initscripts, but received the error: Package initscripts
is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
    util-linux util-linux:i386 sysvinit-utils:i386 sysvinit-utils
   - Entered all the necessary information in the network manger
   - Contacted support, not resolution found.
