Not specifically, size vs cost would be the issue there. Smaller is more expensive. I would check out Engadget and search for nettops for whole systems. For parts you don't need much juice to run it except for the drives so if you are custom building you should be able to stay low on the wattage. Get low speed drives since the bottle neck will be the network not the disks. All you need is the disk(s) and a CD drive. Graphics and Sound can stay integrated perhaps look for something that is last years motherboard and chip for a custom system. 1 or 2 Gb RAM should be fine. Most people don't realize that the weakest link being the network means speed of the system isn't as big a deal.
Drives are another issue as Two drives is cheaper but harder to organize for the file system. I would do a drive for torrents and a drive for longer term storage one separate controllers if possable. CD can be nothing special too just a cheap drive to boot the Ubuntu CD from.
