It is duplicate of the other because the fix proposal just sent there is the
only way that your reported problem will be solved in DC++. We won't change any
code in NMDC, its frozen and eveb if we would want to change anything in NMDC
its not an easy fix since in NMDC, the responder filters the extensions by
predefined types and not the sender decides what extensions to respond to.
So there are two choices, either link this bug to a possible solution so anyone
who search for this problem gets the answer or mark it as Won't Fix, since it
won't ever be modified in the way you requested.

Bug description:
DC++ does not consider ".mp4" files as video, which hinders searching for such
files. I can't think of any issues with adding this extension to the list of
video file types, so it should be an easy fix. :)
