I'm really sure the allwinner's competitors already know how allwinner's SOC's works. They have the people, the motivation, and the equipment to do so. So I think 1 and 2 is false; But 3 to 7 means is a bad business buying this source code, except in case this is really cheap. In case they don't want to sell means the worst case scenario is valid.
