I am getting a very terse failure of dsu 1.9.0

on Gen 13 servers: repeatable on various R530, R630(but not all)
iDRAC -> 2.75.75.75
BIOS -> 2.11.0

When I retrieve an old dsu 1.7.0, it runs successfully.
