Title and subtitle are not headings, you can make it by assigning an outline
level - but in this case it would appear in the ToC (unless you exclude the
level).

I wonder why each of your documents has _many_ titles and subtitles. Perhaps
you need to reconsider the structure. And I hope it is clear why we cannot add
some "random" paragraph style to the list of headings. I agree with WF.
