I do not know the current status of the BSA-FR what will create mails to
qa-fr list instead of bug reports. It's planned to do similar for other
Languages with many users, and may be we can find a similar solution for
other Languages, some checkbox "Translation -> English required" what
will send the report to a list vor bugs "all other languages" where
volunteers will help with translation and reporter contact.
