submit a new bug. That link will show a list with known mail merge bugs,
may be your problem is already known?
Indeed Mail Merge is more or less broken since OOo 3.2, and even our
3.5.0 Beta2 does not work for PDF e-mail.
If you want assistance, you should ask on the public users mailing list
[email protected], a mailing list from
<http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/#lists> or
<http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Local_Mailing_Lists>
