@Avrum : can you check whether your OS system preferences has any Logitec
accessibility options that have been added when the driver was
installed/recognized by macOS ? These might have been added under Security &
Privacy > Privacy in one of the many possibilities offered there, but probably
under Accessibility ?

It might be worth checking to see if anything was added by Logitech to Data
Entry, and Bluetooth. For example, I used to have a Wacom graphics tablet with
wireless mouse, and I have entries for those apps in Accessibility and Data
Entry.

The reason I suggest this is from a reading of this thread:

where something similar (but not identical) was reported generally against
macOS.

Note that this may only provide a workaround. 

Unfortunately, LibreOffice is known not to play nicely with accessibility
features on macOS.
