Yes, Comment #22 is the way a billion people are used to and expect LO to
operate, and while that's not necessarily a sufficient argument, in this case I
think MS made a wise decision. It is intuitively correct from the user point of
view, if not from the coder point of view, and it is a function that gets used
fairly often.
