            Bug ID: 169467
Summary: Switching from Edit Mode returns to the first page
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.3.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
When I toggle off Edit Mode (Edit -> Edit Mode), the document is scrolled up to
the first page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document in Writer (it opens in edit mode by default).
2. Scroll down couple of pages.
3. Toggle off Edit Mode (menu Edit -> Edit Mode)

Actual Results:
After toggling off Edit Mode you are brought to the first page of the document.

Expected Results:
After toggling off Edit Mode you should remain on the same page you were just
viewing.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Described behavior is particularly annoying when you read a long text in "read
only" mode and spot something to correct. You switch to Edit Mode, correct the
thing, and then, after switching back to Edit Mode, you are brought to the
first page and have to manually seek the page on which you ended reading.
