            Bug ID: 169259
Summary: Horizontal scroll when using Shift + Mouse Scroll
                    Wheel seems slow
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
In Calc, if you use SHIFT + Mouse Scroll Wheel to perform horizontal scroll, it
feels a bit slow to react.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calc spreadsheet that has data in columns beyond the right edge of your
screen edge.
2.Hold SHIFT + Mouse Scroll Wheel to perform a horizontal scroll
3.You will notice that it is slow to react, have to scroll the wheel a few
times to get action to perform.

Actual Results:
Horizontal scrolling is slow to react

Expected Results:
For horizontal scrolling to respond quicker

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Suggesting to add a setting that would allow for the precision of this action
to be adjusted.
This way user can decide how fast the horizontal scroll performs.
This setting would have to be in LibreOffice Calc specifically and not a
general system mouse setting because then it would cause issues throughout
system.
Not sure if something like this would be able to be achieved?
