To explain a little further.
Some mouse scroll wheels have a clicking feeling when wheel is scrolled.
In this post, when I say "mouse scroll wheel click" this is what I am referring
to (Not referring to clicking the mouse scroll wheel button)

If you perform vertical scroll with mouse scroll wheel, you instantly get a
reaction from Calc, scrolling up or down.
When you perform horizontal scroll using SHIFT + Mouse scroll wheel, you have
to scroll about 3-4 clicks before the screen scrolls horizontally.
This feels slow and unnatural at least to me.

Calc scrolls both vertically and horizontally exactly to column or row edges.
Suggesting to make each mouse scroll wheel click to horizontally scroll to the
nex rows column.
Similar to how if you bring cursor/highlight to cell at edge of right side of
your screen and then hit RIGHT ARROW to advance to the new rows column.

Hopefully this makes sense.
Thank You
