1. I'm not sure if it's good or bad when a table inherits "repeat heading" from
a table that it is being merged with. It depends on how people use the app

2. But I'm sure that giving all tables copied from the web a "repeat heading"
was a step in the wrong direction. Very rarely such tables will exceed 2 pages,
so what's the point of "repeat heading"? Most tables out there aren't that long

This might be confusing for beginners, but not for skilled users who already
know the settings
