Really? Even when the image is anchored to 100th character of the paragraph?

Really? And disallow the "anchor to paragraph, but position at the top of the
page" case?

"None" anchor? I.e., make it anchored to page?

Or was it all "I don't know what it is all about, just make it perfect" kind of
