The Wikipedia link that you posted points to an article about Rîbnița (a
river). It is unclear why you posted that link there - it of course contains an
instance of "и́" (in Ukrainian translation, which you didn't specify) - but how
does it relate to this issue - it doesn't deal with "how this letter is entered
/ typed" in that Wikipedia article. Therefore I assumed, that you had an
actually relevant page open, with some discussion of how these kinds of things
are actually entered in practice (cf. to
https://www.fileformat.info/tip/microsoft/enter_unicode.htm, which has some
practical info how some characters are input in some cases - even though it is
not related to this specific case: I only thought, that you had *something
similar* in mind, and just copied a different page's URL by mistake). Now I see
that the Wikipedia link is simply noise.
