Description:
When typing in LO Writer ´ (acute accent) and then e.g. и (cyrillic small
letter i) the expected result should be a character и́ (combining acute accent
with cyrillic small letter i). See
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C3%AEbni%C8%9Ba for exact same letter.
These accented letters are input and shown on other linux software as expected
on letter: konsole, kwrite, kate. Although Firefox, Google-Chrome tend to
handle it wrongly.
