Since I'm now listed due to backscatter hitting a spamtrap, and since
this is only going to get worse, an answer to these questions would
be really helpful.
Unfortunately, the old right way of doing things is not the new right
way of doing things. If a server cannot do address validation, it
*has* to be able to be set so that it eats what it used to spit back.
