4.07 made no difference. possibly even worse. it has crashed 7 times
since my last message. probably more if i noticed it soon enough to
restart the server application.
no one else has had this issue?
is anyone even here anymore?

hello?
well...i just tried 4.07 instead of 4.08 since there was no mention
of 4.08 on the website.
no change. still crashes when everytime it has to actually do
anything... at least that seems to be the pattern. as we have a
twice daily broadcast list that goes out and it crashes a few
minutes into sending it out each morning and evening.
any suggestion? anyone?

i just switched my LetterRip server over to an Intel mini running
10.5.1 and it has been crashing pretty regularly.
i thought i read that Leopard was fine... and that people had it
running on Intel fine... just perhaps not the combination. is
anyone else running this combination? is it running fine?
i have a full crash log if that helps... the actual console message
is just an "Exited abnormally: bus error" ... then in the crash log
itself it is a "EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)" exception type... followed
by the thread listings.
any ideas?
when it *is* running it definitely seems to be processing / running
faster than it was with the old 500GHz G4 it was on.
also been having some problems connecting via the admin application
locally. have not tried remotely.
thanks.
