Update:
It looks like
<cropfactor>1.613</cropfactor>
does _not_ work, but
<cropfactor>1.6</cropfactor>
works. I've taken the 1.613 from the entries for
Canon EF-M 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM and Canon EF-M 22mm f/2 STM in
http://lensfun.sourceforge.net/lenslist/
