I got my first computer in 2002, and daughter Helen Bell introduced me to Arachne, - so I joined, - and have Never regretted it! It is wonderful to have friends all over the world, and the knowledge and help that is out there is amazing! I have been able to get to a few IOLI conventions recently â and meeting Arachne folks face-to-face is awesome, and the Arachne lunches are great fun.
I have known David Collyer for quite a few years â through Arachne and meeting him at Australian Lace Guild meetings â though he is not able to get to them very often these days. He lives quite a long drive away in a country town that might take around 3 hours to get to the Melbourne Meetings â (Knowing the Melb. Traffic! Yes, Please, David, - Lots of photos of your trip!.
