Hi,

I've been a bit naive  My pillow has a polystyrene top on a wooden base. After removing the giraffe that had lived there for hundreds of thousands of years (give or take a bit!), all of the polystyrene was loose and there were lots of holes. I felt so proud of myself for being awake enough to tape it all down with Micropore (the sticky tape they use for dressings) instead of sellotape which I knew wouldn't cope with pins. Two bookmarks later, all of my pins are getting sticky and I'm scared the glues going to end up all over the lace eventually as well. Any ideas for repairing it?
