I am in no place to fix it (and i know it is a group message), but i am
aware that issues with Khmer unicode existed already in open office 3.4.1
and 4.0.0 over a decade ago.
Import/export reliability is below my trustlevel even in latin-based
documents..
PS! Why does your email end with .invalid ?
