I am using khmer mixed with english in apache open office on latest updated windows 10. The khmer system language pack is installed and while I can enter khmer text on OO any import from khmer word docs etc always produces about 1/2 unprintable characters - so obviously different syllabary / unicode. I assume native interface Khmer version. has solved sone of these issues? can I install that but switch UI to english - will i then get better khmer recognition rate? I don't have the bootleg version of word everyone seems to use here (cambodia) but it seems able to import and export reliably. But open office can never import khmer documents unless created in OO and save in that file type. Thanks in advance
