Hi Michal, sounds perfect, another helping hand is always welcome. Jan has some general improvements in the pipeline to improve the translation process and get rid off the sdf files in the future. That will simplify the whole process. After the release and my short vacation I can give you more related information and we can work with Jan and help to build some infra karma for you. That is needed in the long term to get direct access on the Pootle server ;-) We should probably start with documenting the new process from the beginning and make it as transparent as possible. Ideally the maintenance work is going down a lot in the future.
