EXTERNAL displays show garbled output. On Kubuntu 26.04 in a Wayland
session with the Grphics Driver 'Noveau display driver from xserver-
xorg-video-noveau (open source)' there are always glitches in text
inputs in tooltips which show onhover in browsers ans also generally in
title-bars with buttons and text etc. .. its like it is drawing garbled
artifacts of what was typed earlier over stuff you typed later or stuff
you moved your mouse over.
(The graphics card is an Nvidia 1050Ti Mobile)
