First, if you reply to a bug by email remove everything from your message
except your reply. Your entire message becomes the next comment in the bug,
and all the quoted previous comments just clutter up the new comment and make
it harder to read. Also, please configure your email software to never send
HTML content to bugzilla, which does not know what to do with it, and just
makes it another attachment to the bug. Thanks for understanding.

To your original question - you should just be able to delete that file. There
is nothing special about it, it probably just contains debugging information
which is normally not saved to a file without special configuration.
For now, please let us know if changing the Log Path in the configuration
dialog at least moves where the debug file is created. Also, please post just
a few lines from one of those files so we can try to find or confirm what is
producing the content.
