First, please confirm you are using Windows, and not Android, as the bug header
says.
I know we have dealt with this problem recently, but I can't find any reference
in bugs, the mailing lists, or on discuss - I'll have to keep hunting unless
someone else remembers and shares a pointer.
In the meantime, go to Configure/KMymone..., select Gemeral and the Support
tab, and see if changing the Log path lets you control where that file gets
created.
My memory of the earlier report was that some underlying Qt or KDE library is
behaving differently on Windows than on Linux, but I don't remember any further
details right now.
