KMyMoney relies on KAboutData and the base KDE framework to display the About
dialog. I am not sure if a KDE widget application even has access to the plasma
version information. It is certainly not available in non-plasma environments.
On the other hand, it is the bug entry template which may ask for information
which is not available.
I therefore assign this to the kcoreaddons product.
