Please file a bug about bugzilla template improvements. I expect there's also a
bit of concern vis a vis verbosity though. Context is or isn't relevant, there
are no hard and fast rules for when which is the case, so generally the user is
always better of providing all the information they can get ahold of.
As for the bug at hand I agree with Christoph, showing random unrelated
environment information in every application's about dialog isn't very
practical unfortunately.
