If you have a report covering say the last 12 months, it would good to included
in the list of accounts available to report against those ones that are now
closed but were in use during that reporting period.
At the moment each time you want to change the report you have to edit the
KMyMoney settings General -> Filter to show closed accounts, edit the report,
then change the filter back again as the hidden accounts are automatically
deselected from the account list in the report (see Bug 397467)
