If you have closed accounts filtered from the accounts view then each time you
want to change a report covering a historical period, you have to edit the
KMyMoney settings General -> Filter to show closed accounts, edit the report,
then change the filter back again as the hidden accounts are automatically
deselected from the account list in the report.
