We need to clean this up. It is a bit unstructured right now. I
only look at the kmymoney4 product (don't know where the one w/o
number comes from). I expect tickets against master to have master
as the version. If a specific sha1 is important, one could mention
that in the ticket itself.

At the moment, only kmymoney2 and kmymoney4 exist. If we can use
"master" listed as the version, then we don't need a versioned
application name, so at some future point, I thought we could change
kmymoney4 to plain kmymoney, which doesn't currently exist in
bugzilla.
I am not sure, what you are looking at, but
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi shows the attached list of
products for me.
You are correct - I must have been working from my imagination, or
perhaps from an ancient memory of some different system.
More entries exist on product kmymoney4 and it might be a good idea
to triage them and move them over to kmymoney (we need to make sure
the categories exist there as well).
Nothing, we need to do immediately but should keep in mind.
Agreed, and Ralf has pointed out that reassigning all bugs at once can
easily be done when we are ready.
