Has anyone else noticed this? Any clues as to the cause?
I noticed recently Jack mentioned that KDE 4.13.3 was shown somewhere as
'unstable'. I haven't found any similar problem mentioned
'unstable' - in Gentoo packaging terminology

Thanks, but do you see a delay, or is it me? Definitely was quicker an
an older version, just noticed it in that one spot.
