I've finally freed up enough time to catch up on some of the outstanding documentation updates.

First question: I see that the string freeze is already in effect. Does this apply equally to the documentation (manual) and if so, are there any high priority changes that might warrant requesting an exception? I am thinking specifically about updating the csv import plugin section to match the changes he has made since the last release. Also - it might be worth updating the "what's new" section.

Second question: to make it easier for me to check the results of my doc edits, I like to run meinproc4 to create an html version. I know I can do this in a directory outside my git clone, but I keep forgetting, and just doing it in the doc directory. Would it be appropriate and reasonable to add a line "docs/*html" to .gitignore?

Thanks.

Jack
