A transaction earlier than the opening date is now generally caught because the
transaction can't be edited (or entered in the first place?)  As I understand
it, this bug happened with a file from a very early version of KMM, before that
restriction was added.  I think it is reasonable to change the opening date to
the earliest transaction date in the account, with a notice to the user.  I
suspect that if an account opening date is explicitly set by the user, it WILL
be before any transaction, and the problem is allowing the default opening
date, and then trying to back-fill an old account, in which case the change of
opening date shouldn't be a problem for the user.
