That does make sense. I double checked: both git master > and 4.6 work as designed. I'm not sure that that is what he wants, but there seems to be a contradiction in his comments. On the opening line he says ... a) "While in the institution list when I right click on a Institition, I receive an "Account Options". but in steps to reproduce ... b) "1. Open Accounts list" item a) would definitely be wrong, but I certainly don't see that either. A right click on an institution produces Institution options for me, too.
