Per the User guide, "Right-clicking an institution name brings up an
Institution Options sub-menu". While in the institution list when I right
click on a Institition, I receive an "Account Options" menu. Not sure, maybe I
am doing something wrong...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Accounts list
2. Left click on individual account to select
3. Right click
Actual Results:
Receive a menu labeled "Account options"
Expected Results:
Receive a menu labeled "Institution options"
