--- Comment #15 from allan <agande...@gmail.com> --- Alternatively, from a Google "n KDE 4.8 when you go to System Settings => Shortcuts and Gestures => Global Keyboard Shortcuts and choose KDE component: KWin you can assign keyboard shortcuts to actions: Quick Tile Window to the Left / Right." Then choose a key combination. I'm on KDE 4.7 but it works there.
