I installed it into /usr/local, but the handbook could not be located.
Installing into /usr and all is well.
This on Linux Mint 11.04.

Works here (installed into /usr, shows Ukrainian help after pressing F1,
Mageia 1.0, KDE 4.6.5).
What is the installation path in your system? Are the other KDE docs shown
correctly?
