Bug description:
[Impact]
On AMD Krackan platform, it sometimes can't boot up successfully with blank
screen.
From the log captured by pstore, the amdgpu failed to probe and timed out
after around 68 seconds.

update the gc 11.5.2 firmware fixes the issue

[Test]
Run cold boot test on AMD Krackan point platform for around 30 times, it
should always boot into desktop without any issues.
[Where problems could occur]
gc 11.5.2 firmware is for Krackan point, so it might affect all Krackan point
systems.
