For some reason the plucky verification wasn't added to the bug when the package was originally accepted into plucky-proposed. I added that tag now. Going through the comments, I don't see one showing a plucky verification, just noble (in comment #9), so the status of this bug is that it still needs a plucky verification, and that is blocking both plucky and noble releases.
