Title:
  lan limit

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I have a 200 Mbps internet connection, but when I'm using the latest
kernel, my LAN speed is limited to below 100 Mbps (around 20–80 Mbps).
However, ethtool shows the link speed as 1 Gbps and full duplex. When
I switch back to the base (older) kernel, everything returns to normal
and I can reach the full 200 Mbps speed again.
