  Touchpad not working after kernel update to 6.14.0-24-generic on
  Lenovo IdeaPad 81BF

Bug description:
  After updating to kernel 6.14.0-24-generic on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, the
  touchpad stopped working completely. No cursor is visible, and
  libinput list-devices shows no touchpad device. External USB mice
  work.

  Booting into kernel 6.11.0-29-generic restores touchpad functionality.

  Laptop model: Lenovo IdeaPad 520 (Model: 81BF)
  Touchpad driver: Likely i2c_hid or hid_multitouch
